What is your cancellation policy for classes?

Create Art Studio does not offer refunds for missed classes. Given 24 hours notice, participants may change into the same class offered on a different day within 7 days of a registered class or whenever the next offering is for that class.

What is your cancellation policy for camps?

If you need to cancel your registration for Create Art Studio camps, you must do so at least two weeks prior to the start date. We will issue a refund minus a $50 non refundable deposit. Otherwise, cancellations are-non refundable.

What is your cancellation policy for adult workshops?

Due to Create Art Studio’s scheduling with visiting artists, there are no refunds or make-ups for missed classes.

What is your sick policy?

A child or adult must be fever free for a full 24 hours before their scheduled class. In general, please opt to keep yourself or your child home if you or your child are not feeling your best. Please notify us with any health concerns before arriving.

What is your inclement weather policy for weekday classes?

For weekday children's classes, we will follow local school closures and make our best judgement call. For adult weekday classes, we will make the call at least 1 hour before class and will notify participants via email. Please follow us on our social media platforms as well for the most up to date announcements. We will do our best to keep the studio open.

The owners of Create Art Studio will use their best judgement and make the call to cancel classes at least one hour before class. Participants will be notified via email. Please follow us on our social media platforms as well for the most up to date announcements. We will do our best to keep the studio open.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. The item must be in the same condition as when purchased. For credit cards, it may take 5-10 days for a refund. Purchased artwork is non-refundable.
